Is it legal in any way for a parent/guardian to force their underage female to have an abortion? If, at the clinic or the doctor's office, the underage female in question refuses to have the abortion and/or makes her wishes to not have an abortion clear, can the physician legally continue against her wishes? Does this vary by state at all?

This question doesn't completely regard anything along the lines of abortions.

But what exactly is a pap smear? And if you are sexually active why should you goto the doctor and get everything checked out? What could go wrong if you don't go?
